Evac+Chair 600H

Evacuation is a tricky thing to handle. Keeping everyone calm and safe while an alarm is sounding is a challenge no one wants to undertake. But for some, it's harder than that. Those suffering from mobility problems have an additional complicated when the fire alarm sounds. The lifts shut down. Anyone wheelchair bound or with a condition that affects their mobility when it comes to stairs, leaving the building then becomes a big problem. Not only does this put them in danger, but also risks anyone who remains behind to assist them.

The Evac+Chair 600H is a solution to this problem. With two carrying handles integrated into the design, the chair is ideal for a number of different locations. Between two and four operators are needed and the chair can be used for ascending stairs as well as descending.

Features of the Evac+Chair 600H

The Evac+Chair 600H is designed to be used in situations where access may otherwise be difficult. This is due to the two carrying handles that can be retracted at both the front and the rear of the chair. The additional handles means between 2 and 4 people are needed to operate the chair, but allows it to be carried as well as used on the stairs. This diversity means it can even be used for an upwards evacuation.

The chair is lightweight and foldable. Wall mounted handles are provided with the chair so it is easy to store safely out of the way when the chair is not in use.

The chair has an anti-slip handle and comes in bright, contrasting colours of yellow and blue to ensure it is noticed and accidents are prevented,

Our mission is to deliver evacuation chairs and safety equipment as quickly as possible in perfect condition.

Delivery is FREE for orders over £40 (ex VAT). For all other orders, delivery is only £4.95 (ex VAT). We dispatch goods using DPD and UPS couriers, and by Royal Mail 1st Class Post (depending on size, value and delivery location).
